$70 a month. Flat. Locked.
As one of Gold Strategics' first five founding clients, your rate is $70 per month with no build fee, locked in writing for as long as your subscription remains active and continuous. When the five founding spots fill, this rate retires permanently. It will never increase on you, and it does not renegotiate.
The whole site, the whole service.
Your founders rate includes the complete build: every standard section (hero, about, services, gallery, pricing, service areas, contact, hours, map, reviews, FAQ with SEO schema, and mobile call bar), your choice of standard optional blocks, hosting, your domain, SSL, ongoing content edits, SEO fundamentals, and the site live within 72 hours of receiving your content.
This is our Full Care level of service at less than a third of its normal rate, because your site anchors our portfolio.
The one honest caveat.
$70 is the flat founders rate, but it cannot be guaranteed for every add-on or tool. Some features require Gold Strategics to purchase an additional tool or license on your behalf, for example certain chatbots, scheduling systems, or tracking platforms.
If you've selected something on the build page that would increase your rate, we will let you know before anything is billed, and we only update the billing if we are aligned. Nothing is ever added to your bill without your explicit approval, and nothing you select today obligates you to anything beyond $70 a month.
Month to month, no contracts.
Billing is monthly by card through Stripe, starting the day you complete checkout. There is no term contract and no cancellation fee: cancel anytime with 5 days notice before your next billing date, and your service runs through the period you've paid for. If you cancel and later return, the founders rate does not reapply.
Your name, your content, your domain.
Your domain name is registered in your business's name and is yours, period. All content you provide (your text, photos, logo, reviews) remains yours. The site's design and code are licensed to you for the life of your subscription; if you ever leave, your domain and content go with you.
